Let’s chat weekends… what are you getting up to??? Let’s chat weekends… what are you getting up to???
I’m a selfcare junkie. I love spending time doing I’m a selfcare junkie. I love spending time doing things that make me happy and calm and pretty. I think putting ourselves first, filling our cup and taking care of ourselves is important. And I love reminding others that it’s important. Whether you’re a mom, wife, single, married… it doesn’t matter. And in order to take care of myself properly I start with the same self-date… every 3 months it’s the same ritual, the same 3 steps. 1. Head out to my fav coffee shop (in a cute outfit) with my calendar and phone. Order my current fav drink and settle into a seat with a great view. 2. Highlight all my time off in the next 3 months (yes 3 months!!) and play a little Tetris with the different types of selfcare I want to indulge in. -think massages, acupuncture, hair and nails, botox, chiropractor, pedi’s, girls nights, etc etc. 3. Make appointments with all my favourite caregivers. I try to schedule something every week - filling in the gaps with girl dinners and face mask and bath nights. This makes sure that I’m always putting myself and my care first. Reminding my nervous system and soul that it’s important, I’m important. Doing this every 3 months means I don’t have to think about it for 90 entire days 🫶🏻Would you try this?? #selfcare #ritual #selfcareroutine

Happy spring equinox! Spring is the season of ne Happy spring equinox! Spring is the season of new beginnings and rebirth. Use the energy and time of this season to get clear on what’s most important to you. Here are a few magical ideas on how to celebrate 💐Get organized for spring and clear your mental clutter along with the clutter in your space. Recycle, donate, switch your warm clothes for lighter layers. Dust and open your windows to refresh the energetic vibes inside. Plant some seeds inside or outside if you can, to celebrate the renewal of life in spring. Decide what you’d love to see growing whether it’s flowers, veggies or herbs! Get outdoors and breathe in the fresh air, feel the sun on your face and hug a tree! Take a moment to appreciate the nature that’s easily missed during a busy daily routine. Make it a springtime goal to spend more time in nature.🪺💐☔️
Sundays nights are my fav time to reset and get re Sundays nights are my fav time to reset and get ready for the week ahead. I love meal prepping, cleaning my space (vacuum, wash dishes and safe smudge), I love crawling into crisp clean bed sheets and having fresh clothes to wear tomorrow and I love cleansing off the weekend with a nice relaxing bath to end it all. 🫶🏻What are your Sunday night rituals? #selfcare #rituals #selfcareroutine
