It’s meant to help you find your breath when in times of stress or anxiety. While there are many types of methods (5x5x5, 3x3x3, 7x7x7, etc) I love using this one by @jennacitrus when I need a meditation break, a nice walk along the water or when I’m getting ready for sleep.
