your 2 new holiday prosecco recipes

Blog Love Recipes

It’s that time of year again (my favourite), the holidays!

Time for family, friends, and of course, lots of sparkly drinks. This time around, let’s give ourselves a special treat with a bubbly glass of prosecco? Whether you’re celebrating alone or with loved ones, it’s always a good time to raise a glass (or two) of these bubbles. To make it even easier for you to celebrate this year, I’ve rounded up two of my favourite Prosecco drinks.

Time to make your holiday celebrations even more sparkly with these 2 gorgeous prosecco drinks!

I love a nice tall bubbly glass of prosecco, I think it makes any celebration that much more sparkly! And these 2-holiday drink recipes are as festive as possible (the gold sprinkles around the rim is a total must-have extra).

Prosecco mimosas!

Ingredients:

1 cup of apple cider

1/2 cup of prosecco

thin apple slices for garnish

your best fancy glasses or flutes and gold sprinkles (for around the rim)

The mix of prosecco and apple cider creates a fizzy, party-worthy treat and, more importantly, they’re easy and delicious! Rim your glasses with some edible gold sprinkles first, add the apple cider then top with prosecco, add a thinly sliced apple for garnish and cheers.

now let’s go, fancier!

this one has a bit more to it, but it’s going to blow your socks off, trust me.

Ingredients:

½ cup apple cider

2 oz unflavored vodka

dash cinnamon and nutmeg

1 tsp maple syrup (keep it real here folks)

½ cup prosecco

Combine everything but the prosecco in a shaker with ice (it’ll burst if you add the prosecco).  Shake like it’s a fuckin’ party and strain into a rimmed flute glass. Now top it with prosecco and garnish with thinly sliced apple pieces.

No one makes a party more sparkly and fancy than Prosecco!

So grab a glass and cheers to life’s special moments! Here’s to getting through the holidays with a little more self-love, patience and sparkly pleasures for yourself.

*take note, these drinks call for Apple Cider, not Apple Cider Vinegar*

Cheers
