Dreams do come true.

They really really do come true!

There’s this fascinating balance of unwavering belief, focused hard work and uncompromising conviction that needs to be done for dreams to come true.

It’s a magical balance of strong, no doubt in your mind this dream will happen belief, married with a conviction that you’re already the person to whom this dream has manifested, along with daily work at doing what you can to bring your life closer to your dream.

All with the knowledge that you may not actually know exactly how it will show up.

Seems simple right?

Maybe not but practice-practice-practice!

Yesterday my family & I went for a walk to a gorgeous place called Cathedral Grove on Vancouver Island.

It’s beyond beautiful.

You can feel the ancient and powerful energy swirling around you as you walk among trees higher than the Leaning Tower of Pisa & over 800 years old.

It’s just so magical.

I love it there.

As we were coming near the end of our trek, I stopped in my tracks and cried out “OMG, I think I know that tree”!!!

*note I’ve never been to Cathedral Grove*

but wouldn’t you know it, it turned out this tree was the exact tree that I had cut out of a magazine and put on my Dream Board the year before we moved to the Island from the prairies.

And I mean the exact tree, not a tree that looked like it.

The picture on the left is the picture I put on my (pink) dream board, and the photo to the right is me!

I remember cutting this photo out the night we made dream boards. I vividly recall seeing this image and thinking, I want to be in a space that has this high vibe energy and so much magic.

And then you know what I did, I went about my business only giving energy and time to things that had magic and high vibe energy! (my family and I eventually decided to pack up and move out west to create a different life for ourselves)

And then… can you believe it?

It was such a wicked surprise for me that I was somewhere where I was dreaming to be.

I feel like a pretty lucky girl.

I just wanted to show you all, prove to you all that Dream~Boards, Vision~Boards, New Year’s Resolutions, whatever you want to call them….. they work!

They really work. Just remember:

Always believe.

Always keep working at it.

Never ever stress if you don’t see it manifesting right away.

Always have fun (because nothing is worth doing if it’s not fun).

& also, if it’s not working one way, you can always give it a go another way!

At any rate, I can now check that off the list! (I have to catch up to my kids, they’ve already accomplished 2 things on their 2012 dream boards)!!
